Shipping

How much do you charge for delivery?

We offer free shipping throughout India. Each order is fully insured during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.

Is the shipment secure? Do you insure the shipping?

We work with Sequel Logistics who are experts in delivery of high value monetary items, to deliver to you your beautiful ring. For your protection, your delivery is insured for their full value. All shipments require a signature upon delivery. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes, then you accept that evidence of a signature by them or at that delivery address is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Diamonds of Eden and transfer of responsibility in the same way. We urge you to inspect the package for any damage before receiving or signing for receipt.

When can I expect my order?

As each ring is made to order based on the customization options you select, the time from order to delivery will vary depending on each ring. It will generally take between 10 – 15 days for the ring reach your doorstep.

All orders are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation.

Can you expedite my order?

We can't promise anything yet, but drop us an email and we will try our best to make it happen. Please note expedited delivery requests may require an additional charge.

Can I make changes to my shipping address?

For any updates needed to be made to the shipping address, please contact us ASAP at info@diamondsofeden.com.

If your order has already been dispatched, we will reship it to your new address once it is returned to us.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link from our team.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

What is your Return & Exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day money back return and exchange policy on all rings from our current collections. Please note that the return policy is not applicable on personalised or engraved rings. The return and exchange policy is also not applicable on custom designed jewellery as these pieces have been made especially for you.


For exchanges, you will only need to pay the cost difference of the product selected (if higher). If the exchanged product’s value is lower, the difference can be held as credit for future DOE purchases.

Can I return or exchange a custom designed product?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to as these pieces have been made especially for you.

How should I return the product?

Write into our customer care team at info@diamondsofeden.com within 7 days from the date you received the delivery.

Once receiving a confirmation from us (that your product can be either returned) and ONLY then, send your ring back in its original unworn condition and original packaging, with all tags and invoice attached. We will have our logistics partner get in touch with you and collect the DOE product at your convenience. Once we receive your package, it needs to pass a quality assessment to ensure the purchase is in its original, unused condition.

What if I receive a defective product or a wrong order?

Given our heavy quality checks on each Diamonds of Eden ring, we are surprised that this has happened. But we are sorry that this happened to you. In such a scenario, please email us at info@diamondsofeden.com with a photo within 24 hours of the delivery and our team will work with you to resolve the issue immediately.

How can I cancel my order?

For any updates or cancellations post billing, please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@diamondsofeden.com with the subject titled "Cancel Order" or call us at on +91 99300 94013 and we will try our best to update or cancel your order.

Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to update or cancel your purchase.

Please note that custom designed jewellery cannot be cancelled or returned once we have processed your order.

What is the process to get a refund?

The refund will be processed only once we have received the piece and has been inspected by our Q&A department. If the product passes the quality check, you will receive a full refund to the original source of payment within 30 days.

The tax amount as applicable shall be deducted.

Special Requests & Gifting

Can you help me with some special packaging?

Yes, of course!

Email us at info@diamondsofeden.com with your order number to request for any special arrangements whether it’s having your package delivered on a particular night or attaching a bouquet of flowers with your purchase or gift wrapping the box with a message. We understand that your purchase may be for a proposal or a gift for a loved one, and we will do our best to help make your moment perfect.

Ring Resizing & Repairs

Do you give a warranty for your products?

With each Diamonds of Eden purchase, we provide you with a 365-day craftsmanship warranty. We take pride in our craftsmanship and place high quality as a priority. Each DOE piece undergoes heavy assessment as a part of our quality check.

In the unlikely case of your ring requiring repair, we will be happy to repair it for you free of cost for the first year of your purchase. If you chip a gemstone or damage a piece, we will be happy to repair it for you or replace the stone for a reasonable fee. Email us at info@diamondsofeden.com for more information.

Do you provide resizing services?

We offer one free resizing within the first year of your purchase. All you pay for is shipping. Please take note that resizing can take up to one week. If resizing is a concern, you can send us a ring for reference to make sure we will get the size right. We can’t accept return of items that have been sized by someone else.
